Tom Phillips Floor Covering was started in 1922 by Tom Phillips himself. The business remained in the Phillips family for years under the stewardship of Tom's son John. In 1998, Woody and Bené Knowles purchased the business and kept the family-run tradition alive as a studio-style flooring shop.
