About 1827 Real Estate, LLC
Jamie and Terri are both licensed Realtors in Georgia and Alabama. They serve buyers and sellers in the Chattahoochee Valley area, including Harris and Muscogee counties in Georgia and Russell and Lee counties in Alabama.
Jamie and Terri live on Lake Harding (Chattahoochee River) and own a small cattle farm in Fort Mitchell, Alabama. They truly live and love what they sell - lake and land. Their personal experience and interest give them great insight into the Georgia and Alabama market for lakes, land, and homes.
Terri grew up in this area where her family owned an electrical business. Terri has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. Her professional accomplishments include being multiple winners of the Circle of Excellence award and holding the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. She has served as GARPAC chair and as a local director with the Board of Realtors.
Jamie also grew up in Columbus and has deep ties to Fort Benning. Jamie is proud of his familys legacy, including two grandfathers, three uncles, and his father serving and retiring from the United States Army. Jamie spent 20 years in medical sales prior to venturing into the real estate industry. As he enjoyed watching his cows graze one day, Jamie realized everyone deserved to enjoy the happiness of having land. This was the moment he felt called to the real estate industry. He knew it was time to help others find their perfect recreational, hunting, or farmland. Jamie is a member of the Realtor's Land Institute.
Jamie and Terri have three grown children and are enjoying raising their grandson. When they are not helping clients with their properties, Jamie and Terri enjoy time on their farm, watching their grandson play football or baseball, and spending time on the lake.
